Feeling your feelings is a basic form of healing: know that the pain you are feeling is your experience and be willing to feel it until it dissipates: do not dissociate from your feelings and should you experience rising hysteria, dig deeply and unearth the true feeling. Fear is invariably the core emotion under any negative experience. The ways to end this fear are to love, to forgive, to support, to trust or to ask for Heaven’s help. We do not need to understand the fear to let it go - sometimes we merely need to accept that it is how it is.
